Christmas at Lunatech came late for some of us this year: we got another five 27-inch Apple monitors. Sometimes bigger is better.
Today is my last day as a Lunatech Research employee, so this is my last blog entry on this site.
Lunatech and I have a long history. Ancient in IT timescales in fact, because I started working for Lunatech in Rotterdam in 1998 for a summer internship back when we were not even ten people yet, had a small office which looked like a typical startup. That internship changed into a permanent contract shortly afterwards, and I've started working on Java (mostly) and Perl (sometimes) since that day.
Panzano is an Italian deli that sells the best sandwiches in Rotterdam, and even delivers, which makes it the perfect catering for a business lunch. However, you cannot order on-line and, bizarrely, Panzano does not even have a web site, which makes it difficult to order by phone or fax for a group if you neglected to memorise all 28 sandwiches. Here is a copy of the menu (as of 1 July 2010), and an idea.
This year's festive period led to a more seasonal kind of design task: create a cocktail for Chrimbletide. Here is the recipe.
